Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
This Policy explains what information BallKnowMe (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects when you use our website (the “Service”), how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
Automatically, when you visit
Like most websites, we automatically record certain technical information each time you request a page. Specifically, our servers log:
- Your IP address;
- Your browser user-agent and derived device, browser, and operating-system type;
- The page (URL and query parameters) you requested and the referring page, if any;
- The date, time, response status, and response time of the request;
- Approximate country, as provided by our content-delivery/security provider.
We use this to operate and secure the Service, understand aggregate usage, and detect and block abusive or automated traffic.
Cookies
The Service does not currently set advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and does not run third-party analytics scripts.
Account and payment information (only if you create an account or subscribe)
The public Service does not require an account and does not collect names, emails, or payment details. If and when we offer accounts or paid subscriptions, we will collect the information you provide (such as your email address) and process payments through a third-party payment processor. That processor — not us — handles your full payment card details, subject to its own privacy policy. We will update this section before launching any such feature.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Monitor performance and analyze aggregate usage;
- Protect the Service against fraud, abuse, scraping, and security threats;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
How information is shared
- Infrastructure and security providers — including our content-delivery and DDoS/security provider (Cloudflare), which processes requests at the network edge to route and protect traffic;
- A payment processor — only if you subscribe, and only as needed to process your payment;
- Legal and safety — where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the Service.
Data retention
We retain server request logs for approximately 90 days for security and analytics, after which they are deleted or aggregated into non-identifying form. [Adjust to match your actual practice.]
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at [set contact email before launch]. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Service, including serving all traffic over HTTPS and operating behind a security and DDoS-protection provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you consent to processing your information in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the “Last updated” date revised.
